The PhotoSmith Studio offers unique family portrait and lifestyle photography services to the Middle Georgia Area. I specialize in capturing images that are rich with emotion, artistry and playfulness. My candid style using creative lighting produces images that are as unique as your family. My focus is family and children photography but I also specialize in senior portrait photography, professional head shots, newborn and weddings. I am available on location or in your home or travel destination, as well as at The PhotoSmith Studio located at 110 Gilmore St, Sandersville, Georgia.

You are not looking for forced smiles or to have your family all-dolled-out in matching outfits. You want that moment captured. You know the one I'm talking about. Maybe it's the way your little girl bites her lip when she's being shy, or how your son loves to jump, a glimpse of that dimple when your baby smiles, or the love on your husband's face when you look at him. My philosophy isn’t about capturing your family in matching outfits. It isn’t about showcasing forced smiles. I would choose a tickle-fight over saying "smile!" any day! Life isn’t posed, but it is beautiful. Imperfectly so. Life is about real moments; big or small, the moments that matter. My photography embraces these moments. Your moments are my passion.
My love of photo editing reminds me of being back in a darkroom. I remember losing all concept of time while developing my images - I was addicted. Nothing has changed - my goal is to create memories into pieces of art. I'm obsessed with artistic editing, each session inspires me in some amazingly new way! I will always provide my clients with the highest quality products that they will cherish for a lifetime.
Moving beyond the camera - I am a watercolor artist, vocalist as well as a Photographer. I incorporate my artistic senses into capturing not only your moments but capturing them in a fun artistic manner. Capturing your moments and turning them into artwork is. my. life.
